Welcome Home

   The name is charming and so is the Inn.  Completely renovated in 1990 and redecorated in 2007, guests are treated to comfortable, spacious, air conditioned rooms with rich traditional furnishings, wall-to-wall carpeting, and ceiling fans.  All four guestrooms have private baths and include two two-room suites; one with fireplace and the other with private deck.  The bright and cheery living room is appointed with comfortable seating areas, bay window and cozy fireplace, and a full gourmet breakfast is served each morning in the adjacent dining room.  Outside, the inviting front and side porches are arranged with wicker furniture, providing guests a quiet place to relax.  The house has central air conditioning and High Speed Wireless Internet.

   The warm hospitality of owner Jeanne Watkins offers visitors to Arizona's high country a comfortable and convenient place to kick back and enjoy a few day's respite from their busy lives.

   The Pleasant Street Inn has been featured in numerous B & B articles, is highly rated in travel guide books, including Frommer's and AAA,  is included in Arizona Getaways for the Incurable Romantic by Pamela Swartz and Weekends for Two in the Southwest by Bill Gleeson.  Breakfast recipes are featured in The New Southwest Cookbook by Carolyn Nierhammer and Best Recipes from American Country Inns and Bed & Breakfasts by Kitty and Lucian Maynard.  The owner and resident innkeeper, Jeanne Watkins, was featured as a "Newsmaker" in Today's Arizona Woman magazine.
